What each plan includes

New shops get a 14-day free Pro trial; the Free plan stays free.

• Free: your shop page and directory listing, calendar, customer records, price list, QR poster, 1 groomer and 10 online bookings a month.
• Basic (HK
  28 / month): unlimited 24-hour online booking, automatic notifications, POS (100 products), 3 groomers.
• Pro (HK68 / month): adds customer wallet, digital stamp card, WhatsApp confirmations; POS with stock, refunds and exchanges, shifts and promotions (500 products), 5 groomers.
• Enterprise (HK$528 / month): adds loyalty points, your own branded app, no PettoBook branding; POS with purchasing and AI product setup (unlimited products), 8 groomers.

Every new shop starts with 14 days of Pro free, no card needed, then moves to Free automatically unless you upgrade. Annual billing is 10× the monthly price (2 months free). Full comparison: Pricing. WhatsApp AI auto-reply needs a separately paid Chatwoot or WATI account.
