Questions shop owners ask
My customers are used to WhatsApp. Will they book online?
PAWSIN's customers were WhatsApp users too. Now 94% of its bookings are made online by customers themselves, and 99 were made between 9 pm and 9 am. You can keep using WhatsApp as well — confirmations are sent from your own number.
Do I need a separate WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. Confirmations are sent from your shop's own number, so you connect WhatsApp Business (Meta, WATI or Chatwoot) in Settings → Messaging and use a Meta-approved template. WhatsApp template message fees are charged by Meta or your provider and are not included in PettoBook's monthly fee. The help centre walks you through the setup.
